Buttons on the interlinked sections are no longer hotlinked

Moved the webring widget and a neocities button from the index section to the interlinked section and added some cool stuff cause why not

I desperately want an XML feed

Plans for the future:

• Remove at least one placeholder
• Rewrite site's CSS (make it shared)
• Change the toki pona section into something else. Maybe linguistics in general
• Request indexing for Marginalia Search
• A gemini capsule
• Restructure the blog section to allow grouping of different themes (can be done alongside the feeds)
• Add an XML feed for the blog section and the update log section
